Successful operation
Compared to conventional heating technology a CHP produces not only heat but also electricity.

This well-proved technology combines an IC engine with an alternator (power-heat-coupling). Waste heat is used for heating. The generated power can be used for own needs or can be supplied to the public power system.
Conventional large-scale power plants on average dissipate only one third of their fuel to power because they cannot use the waste heat and leave it to the environment.

Peripheral small-sized CHP modules made by energiewerkstatt have a total efficiency of more than 90% and contribute to climate protection.. |
Lost of distribution due to a ramified long-distance heating system and joined capital costs will be avoided.
